Exchange available only if there is a major difference or issue in the size which you have ordered: Exchanges are subject to product availability, if the item is not available, we will issue a credit note, also we will only exchange the size for you that will be processed post quality inspection of the product(s). This may take 7-9 working days, once we have received the returned package.
